F.C. Morin Heights recognizes the importance of all players in our community having an equal opportunity to access our soccer programs and enjoy the many benefits that participation brings. To that end, we have instituted the following financial aid policy for low-income families who require financial assistance to register.

 

As of January 30, 2025,

1. As funding allows, low-income families in the region (see Federal definition of low-income families here- Section “Rural areas outside CMA or CA”) are eligible to have 100% of their child’s F.C. Morin Heights registration fees covered by financial assistance. 

   1. Families are still required to pay the affiliate fees to Soccer Laurentides, Soccer Canada etc.

   2. The availability of funding assistance is limited.

   3. Families must provide proof of low-income status (Canada Child Benefit Statement, Federal Notice of Assessment) or proof of registration with a local food bank to access the assistance.

   4. Decisions are at the discretion of the Financial Aid Committee, consisting of 1 staff member and 2 Board members.
